How do I create an account in the Mygolfstat App?
- Enter your email address and create a password (8 characters, 1 capital letter, 1 number, 1 symbol)
- Enter the code you just received by email and click 'Proceed'
- Press OK to fill in your profile
- Choose a golfclub or register as a free golfer
- Determine who can view your statistics
- Select which 2 areas of your game you want to focus on most and click 'Next'
- Select how often you play golf and click 'Next'
- Select your favorite day to play golf and click 'Next'
- Select your current handicap and click on 'Next'
- Select which statistics you want to keep and click 'Done'
How can I reset my password?
- Open the Mygolfstat app and click on 'Log in' at the bottom.
- Then click the "Reset password" button at the bottom.
- Enter your email address and click "Continue".
- Then fill in the code you received by email and enter a new password and click 'Continue'.
How do I send a message to a Professional?
- Click on the “Envelope” icon in the top right.
- Click on the + sign at the bottom right.
- Click on the name of the Professional you want to send a message to.
- Type your message and click the "Paper Airplane" icon at the bottom right to send the message.
- Upload if you want photo or video files by clicking on the “Camera” icon.
How does the recommended content work in Discover?
How do I modify my goals?
- Click on "Edit" to the right of it.
- You can select a maximum of two goals in total.
- First uncheck a selected item to check a new item
- Once you are done click on "OK".
NOTE: The other two goals shown are based on your statistics. These statistics are recommended from Mygolfstat and cannot be changed.
Where can I find more information about a Professional?
- Click on 'Discover' and go down to the 'Professionals recommended for you'
- For a professional, click on 'See more' to see more information.
- Click on 'See all' to see all professionals and then click on a professional of your choice to see more information.
- If you want to call this professional, click on 'Call (professional name)'.
- You also have the option to send a message to this professional by clicking on 'Send message'.
How do I sign up for a group lesson (public or club)?
- Click on 'Discover' and go down to the 'Group lessons recommended for you'.
- Click on 'See all' to see all group lessons.
- Click on a public or club lesson to view more information.
- Click on 'Sign Up' to sign up for this public or club lesson.
- Click on 'Pay' and then choose the bank of your choice to pay.
- Transfer the relevant amount and you are signed up.
Where can I view the recommended content?
Hit the Discover button at the bottom of the app. View recommended content here.
- If you want to see more instructional videos, press 'See all'
- If you want to see more drills, press 'See all'
- If you want to see more professionals, press 'See all'
- If you want to find more coaching days, press 'See all'
Where are my group lessons which I signed up for?
- Under 'Planned' you will see all the public and club lessons that you have signed up for in the future.
- Under 'Attended' you will see all the public and club lessons that you have signed up for and which have already been completed.
How do I enter my round of golf?
- In the home screen, click the + sign in the middle at the bottom.
- Click on "Start new round".
- Select the course you will play and the tee you will play from.
- Then select which holes you will be playing and click on 'Next'.
- Click on 'START' and go through all the steps to enter your round.
How can I view my statistics per round?
- Click on 'Statistics' in the home screen at the bottom.
- Here you see all your entered golf rounds.
- Click on a round you want to view.
- Your scorecard will be displayed in the next screen.
- Click on the 3 dots at the top right to share and/or edit your round.
- By swiping right you can view all your statistics for this round.
How can I view my overall statistics?
- Click on 'Statistics' at the bottom of the home screen.
- At the top right you can click on the 'Filter' icon to filter between 9 and 18 holes.
- Swipe right to view detailed statistics of the Scores, Long Game and Short Game on all rounds per event.
How can I view the statistics of other golfers?
- Click on 'Statistics' at the bottom of the home screen.
- Click on 'Overview' and then click on the 'Group icon' at the top right.
- In this list you can find the name of the golfer whose statistics you want to view.
- Click on the name of the golfer to view his/her statistics.
How do I invite friends to Mygolfstat?
- Click on 'My account' at the bottom of the home screen.
- Then click on the “User with + sign” at the top right.
- Select the service with which you want to send the invitation.
- Then enter the details of the person you want to invite and send the invitation.
Where can I determine who can view my statistics?
- Click on 'My account' at the bottom of the home screen.
- Then click on 'Settings'.
- Then click on 'Statistical insight'.
- Select the option 'Golfers & Professionals' or 'Only Professionals' to determine who can view your statistics.
- After that click on 'OK'.
Where can I select which statistics I want to track?
- Click on 'My account' at the bottom of the home screen.
- Then click on 'Settings'.
- Then click on 'Statistical settings'.
- Check the statistics you want to track and uncheck the statistics you don't want to track.
- After that click on 'OK'.

Do I have to pay for the Mygolfstat App as a professional?
How do I create an account in the Mygolfstat App?
- Open the Mygolfstat app and register yourself by clicking 'AS PRO'.
- Click on 'Confirm' to accept our terms of use.
- Enter your email address and create your own password and click 'CONTINUE'.
- Enter the code you just received by email and click 'CONTINUE'.
- Click on 'Ok' to proceed your registration.
- Fill in all the remaining fields and enter a payment card.
- Enable 'Online Swing Coach' if you want to give online swing advice.
- Once your finished filling in your profile, click on 'CONTINUE'.
How do I create a public group lesson?
- In the home screen go down to 'Your club lessons'.
- Click on the + sign to create a group lesson.
- You can also click on 'Events' at the bottom and then on the “Agenda with +” icon.
- The type of event is a 'Club lesson'.
- Give the group lesson a name, coaching topic(s), date/time, location, description, any co-hosting professionals, price per player, any player requirements (handicap), minimum amount of players and maximum amount of players.
Finished? Then click on 'Confirm' and your group lesson has been created!
How does the online swing analysis tool work for professionals?
When a player has requested an online swing analysis, you will receive a message in the app. You can open the request and provide your advice by sending a video with your analysis. The golfer must pay before he/she can view the analysis.
Am I visible to all players when I create content?
No, it doesn't have to be. We have professionals who close their content for only their club members and existing clients. We also have professionals whose content is visible to all golfers in the application. You decide whether you want to protect your content or not!

How can I communicate with club members in the Mygolfstat App?
- Click on the envelope icon at the top right of the home screen.
- Enter the name of the golfer you want to communicate with.
- Type your message and if you want you can also send images and/or videos.
- Send the message by clicking on the paper icon at the bottom right.
How do I create a group lesson for club members?
- In the home screen go down to 'Your club lessons'.
- Click on the + sign to create a group lesson.
- You can also click on 'Events' at the bottom and then on the “Agenda with +” icon.
- The type of event is a 'Club lesson'.
- Give the group lesson a name, coaching topic(s), date/time, location, description, any co-hosting professionals, any player requirements (handicap), minimum amount of players and maximum amount of players.
Finished? Then click on 'Confirm' and your group lesson has been created!
NOTE: Payment for club lessons is the responsibitly of the professional.
How can I cancel a group lesson?
- In the home screen you go to the heading 'Your public lessons' or 'Your club lessons'.
- Click on 'Show more' in the group lesson you want to cancel.
- Then click on the 'Cancel' button.
- Enter the reason for canceling and click on 'SUBMIT'.
How can I view the statistics of my club members or clients?
- In the home screen, click on 'Discover' at the bottom.
- All clients registered in the app are listed under 'My players'.
- Click on the golfer to view his/her scores.
- Do you want to see all the statistics? Then click on 'See all statistics'.
NOTE: All golfers who send you a message are automatically listed under 'My players'.
Where can I find my payment overview?
- Under 'Current month' you will find under 'Total' all income Mygolfstat received on your behalf in this current month.
- Under 'Current month' you will find under 'Payout' all income that you will receive from Mygolfstat in this current month.
- Under 'All earnings' you will find under 'Total' all income that you have earned in total with Mygolfstat. Below that, you can see per month what we have paid you.
How does the payment to professionals work?
- Each payment goes directly to the financial account you have linked to your profile.
- Pay out always takes place at the end of the month.
